Result

3.1.3
Use
There are three methods that can be used to create call lists:
Generation of call lists directly from BP call time (periodic call list)
Creation of empty call lists manually and manually populating their content
Call lists can be created from a campaign by creating a campaign and assigning
target groups in the campaign management application (CRM_MKTPL).
Campaigns can be exported to the CIC, which activates creation of
corresponding call lists. Call lists are created with a campaign description,
planned start and finish dates, type, priority, and a CIC script. In addition, the
campaign may pass on task description information, including a description and
the planned start and finish, if there was a task created under a campaign.
In the Interaction Center scenarios, you can create call lists directly from BP call time or
manually in the call list distribution application. Call lists created from both campaigns and BP
call time become visible in the call list distribution application (CRMD_TM_CLDIST).
For further information on creating call lists, refer to the Business Process Procedure (BPP) of
the corresponding scenario (here: Interaction Center (Win/WebClient): Outbound Telesales).
3.1.3.1
Use
In order to create a call list using the BP call time, the business partner that can be used for
this type of call list needs to have the role Sold-to party where calling hours need to be
maintained.
Alternatively the calling hours can be defined for the contact person(s) assigned to the
business partner / customer.
Both possibilities are described below.
Procedure
1. Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:

Result

3.1.3.2
Use
A transaction type controls the processing of a specific business transaction. It defines the
properties and characteristics (for example, sales order, service request, sales call) and
defines further on the control attributes (for example, text determination procedure, partner
determination procedure, status profile, organizational data profile).
During call list execution a transaction type is assigned to the call list whereby an activity is
generated automatically once the call is executed.
The purpose of this IMG activity is to define a transaction type for call list execution, carried
out via the Interaction Center.
Procedure
1. Access the activity using the following navigation options:

2. To create a new transaction type mark transaction type PCAL and choose Copy As .
