Background
In last couple of decades, the production capabilities have increased substantially. This has
built pressure on back office services i.e. on the people working in HR, Administration, Sales
Purchase, Finance, Product Developers.
They are called as knowledge workers who work
with information and manage data/information.
These knowledge workers are often
inadequately trained and put on the job without any process thinking. This results into gross
inefficiencies and wastages that creep in. With greater emphasize on customer services, it is
high time that the management pays due attention to the Office Productivity.
Objective
This workshop will help you find out the ways and means to dramatically reduce the costs
incurred in the office processes by systematically eliminating the wastes. With these
reductions, lead time of office work is typically reduced.

For large corporations, the workshop will help to

Level, Organizational Level, Departmental/Functional Level, Individual/Personal Level.
The
workshop will highlight various related concepts, improvement areas, methods used, and
also will discuss case studies.
Live case studies from participant organizations will be
discussed and help formulate to design their own improvement programs.

Faculty
Mr. Satish Hulyalkar has rich and vast experience over 36 years in every aspect of business.
He has worked in the field of manufacturing, planning and control, sales and service,
marketing, finance and training. Mr. Hulyalkars present activities and focus is on the efficient
use of Internet and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for improving office productivity. He
has conducted training programs in various organizations including large corporates, IT and
BPO sectors, SMB and Professionals. He has presented papers at National and International
level and brought out e-books on effective use of MS Office components namely Word, Excel
and Power Point as a self-training aid for users. Mr. Hulyalkar has conducted several
workshops on MCCIA platform and all workshops were well received by the participants and
they were immensely benefited.
