    ORDER:
    In the reference read above, Finance (Expr. BC Welfare, Tribal Welfare) Dept.
    have issued B.R.O. for an amount Rs.41,44,00,000/- (Rupees Forty One Crores and
    Forty Four Lakhs only) towards release of central assistance for Post Matric
    Scholarships to BC students for the year academic year 2012-13, for the year
    academic year 2012-13 in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders and Quarterly
    Regulation Order, subject to obtaining supplementary estimates 2012-13 at appropriate
    time.

    Government after careful consideration, hereby accord Administrative sanction for
    an amount of Rs.41,44,00,000/- (Rupees Forty One Crores and Forty Four Lakhs only)
    towards release of central assistance for Post Matric Scholarships to BC students for
    the year academic year 2012-13, in relaxation of Treasury Control orders and Quarterly
    Regulation Orders under the Head of Account as detailed below:(Rupees in thousands)

    The Director, BC Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad shall release the Budget to the
    Districts immediately, and to furnish a copy of District distribution to Government at the
    earliest.

    The Director, BC Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary
    action accordingly. He is also requested to obtain supplementary estimates 2012-13 for
    the additional amount released now at an appropriate time.
