Bellman of Spring Valley, Ohio and Woodford is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Woodford White Sr. of Lebanon, Ohio. Sherri wore a Victorian gown designed by her sister-in-law and carried white roses. A reception was held at the Bellman home following the ceremony. The couple will make their home in Lebanon, Ohio.
