The Brocade 200E features the option to
scale on a "pay-as-you-grow" basis at a
nominal cost through Ports on Demand
capabilities. With simplicity and ease-of-
use features such as the EZSwitchSetup
Wizard and Brocade Web Tools EZ, the
Brocade 200E maximizes administrator
productivity, reduces management costs,
and especially benefits organizations
with limited SAN expertise.

8- to 16-port SAN switch available for
SMBs that want the benefits of SAN
solutions - with the option to scale to

Simplicity and ease-of-use features help

addition, the Brocade 200E leverages 4
Gbit/sec Fibre Channel technology to
provide extremely high performance.

Delivering 8, 12, or 16 ports in a 1U
form factor, the Brocade 200E enables
substantial cost savings while extending
the Brocade modular "building-block"
approach to storage networks. In this
way, the Brocade 200E can offer
significant business and performance
advantages to growing SMBs.

In addition to its use as a full-fabric
switch, organizations can configure the
Brocade 200E as a Brocade Access Gateway
device via Brocade Web Tools, the command
line interface, or Brocade Fabric
Manager. Brocade Access Gateway is a
standard feature of Brocade Fabric OS 5.3
and higher that enables server
connectivity to any type of SAN
environment.
