ADMIN: Control Panel














1. Round Bar
This is where the pageants rounds are listed.
2. Criteria Pane
This serves as a criteria container where criteria of each
round are listed.
3. Mode Pane
This pane is used to set the active candidate to be rated.
4. Score Monitor
This pane is used to check if the server receives the
scores from the judges.

ADMIN: Starting a Round

To start a round, the system needs valid user account
information, namely; username and password. If the entries are
valid the window below will be displayed on the screen.














**Each candidate is rated separately so the Administrator needs to
keep track of the judges scores. If a judge was not able to submit
its score the Set Next Candidate button will remain inactive thus
delaying the display of the scoring screen in the judges monitors.


Click Set Next
Candidate to activate
the next candidate on
the list.


Select and set to
View to make a
criterion active.


Click Update button
to apply and display
the score input window
in the judges
display.

ADMIN: Printing Round Results

Each round has corresponding result printing facility. This
should only be clicked after each round to prevent errors.
Links to activate these commands are marked below.



Activating Generate P2-Top 3 will display the User Interface
below. To print and save the results click the Save and Print
button.



After the button
has been clicked the
system will create a
new tab in the browser
for the printable
version of this
report.








In any browser, to print the
report, press Ctrl + P on
the keyboard.

JUDGE: Rating Panel


To start rating candidates, the system needs valid user account
information, namely; username and password. If the entries are
valid the window below will be displayed on the screen.

a. This is where the pageants rounds are listed.
2. Scoring Pane
This is used to select scores for the candidates.
3. Submit Button
The button used to trigger the sending of the selected
scores to the systems central server.

JUDGE: Rating Candidates


Scoring candidates is done one at a time. The admin is in
charge to set the next candidate on the screen. Selected scores
in each criterion are displayed below the criterion title in the
scoring pane. The round should be activated first before rating
the candidates.
































Select and Click your

This system was created in collaboration with the Information and Technology Center of
the Mariano Marcos State University. This system was developed to provide automated
tabulation service for pageants. This system has been used since 2009 and has been
used by well-known pageants in the Ilocos Region.
