Rotation Mount for 1/2" Optics
With an overall size of 1.00" (25 mm) tall by 0.45" (11 mm) thick, the RSP05 1/2" optic rotation
mount is an ideal solution for compact optical assemblies. The center aperture accepts 1/2" optics up
to 0.23" (5.8 mm) thick, which are held in place with the included SM05RR retaining ring. The
knurled dial and 360 laser-engraved scale marked at 2 increments allow for precise, repeatable
positioning. A convenient top-located setscrew secures the rotational position of the mount. Extra
retaining rings are useful when mounting thin optics that need to be offset in the rotation mount.

The SRM05 is a continuously rotatable optic mount compatible with our 16 mm cage system. It is
ideal for mounting 1/2" (12.7 mm) optics up to 0.23" (5.8 mm) thick in a 16 mm cage system.
For thicker optics, any SM05 (0.535"-40) series lens tube (see page 128) can be threaded into the
carriage. A clear aperture of 0.45" (11.4 mm) is achieved when using the included retaining ring.
