Mushrooms Detector, application for Android.

1. Background for the idea

In areas of the world where weather conditions allow it grow mushrooms. This fungus
exists in various types, sizes, shapes and colors, there are even poisonous, non-
poisonous, edible and inedible. These facts cause among people living in areas prone
to grow mushrooms practice to develop their collection. But this requires the help of
specialists who can identify which mushrooms can be harvested and what not and,
therefore, without the company of such people cannot do a proper
search. Therefore, we had the idea to develop some kind of service that would
allow anyone who wanted to pick mushrooms can do it without the need to
spend effort and money in having to find and hire a specialist to assist in the search.

In addition, Finland is a country where, besides having a considerable area of forest,
mushrooms grows easily and in abundance due to climatic and soil characteristics.
Therefore, it is because people used to walk through forests at certain times of year
are full of mushrooms. With this in mind, for people would be a great pleasure that
could take the ride to take a culinary taste back home.

Also, this service is aimed at everyone, but focuses, obviously, for those fans to pick
mushrooms. To enjoy this service, it is necessary that the client has a Android-powered
mobile phone and download the application.

3. Launching considerations

- Are there markets for the service?

Currently the telecommunication market is one of the most important one, if not the
most, because of their size and consequently its money movement. Because of this is
not simply the introduction in such a competitive market but so far this application has
nothing like it on the market, hence it can become a great product.

-What kind of competition would you face on the markets?

Practically the only competition the product faces are the mycologists due to is a very
specific field.

-What is your competitive advantage compared to your rivals?

Faster analysis and much cheaper because it is in the mobile phone and it takes just
over 5 minutes to test it while the other way mycologist has to analyze many aspects
and time can be considerably higher . As for the price, hire a mycologist who mainly
lives on this service involves a high cost while the application is a much smaller outlay.

- How would you enter the markets with your service?

Through the Internet the information flows quickly and reaches around the world,
which would be a good option to give a free trial period so that the product is known
and from there thanks to user feedback, we expect that this is positive, the product on
the market to stabilize.

- How would you segment your prospect customers?

It is a product that can be used by anyone who is interested in mycology and has a
minimum of knowledge about it so it does not need to perform segmentation

- Which methods would you use to reach your customers?

The good reputation is the key to the successful development of a company. From
there everything is easier, so the main key is to get good reputation for customer
loyalty

potential customers realize the advantages of our product in relation to other

4. Idea evaluation

This service does not meet very basic human need and essential for survival, but
it offers everyone the opportunity to perform an activity that was previously set aside
for those who have a broad enough knowledge. Service is also easy to obtain and
manage, not expensive and can also provide personal and cultural enrichment. As we
can see, many product benefits and few disadvantages.

In the future, when Android technology is more widespread among mobile phone
users today, we hope that anyone who wants to know the service and could enjoy
it, that everyone who used to walk through the woods to take advantage your trip and
accompanied by your mobile phone with this application.

Maybe, probably come a time when Android technology evolves and, therefore, can be
offered in a more advanced application that gives better quality services. For
this, offering users the ability to update the application, being such a step as
simple update like any other software. But over time, you can also
get the Android technology obsolescence probably due to the creation of a higher
quality substitute, allowing as discussed above, product development for the better or
the creation of the same application only that the new technology.
