Instructions to install TecnoMETAL
BIM 2015
trial version

Getting Started

The installation should be performed by administrator, verify that you have the credentials as an
administrator or log on to the computer as an administrator.
During the installation, you must disable the antivirus and reduce to a minimum the control systems of
Windows.

Close all running applications to avoid interference in the recording of system libraries.

Start the installation procedure

Run the downloaded file TecnoMETAL suite 2015 to start the installation.

In the first screen you can find the needed
system requirements. If your PC does not
have these characteristics do not perform
the installation, but please contact our office
at +39 0458778577 or by e-mail info@steel-
graphics.com.

It is recommended to leave the default directory set to the extraction software.

The procedure automatically opens the following screen with the list of programs to be installed, otherwise
run the file AInstall.exe.

The screen shows:

Readme
Please read before you start the installation
program by clicking on the installation instructions.

Program CAE / CAD
for the operation of the program you need to install
all 3 parts of TecnoMETAL.

Driver key server
Network-key is used to install the hardware key
into the server (network key), see installation
network key.

TecnoMETAL 1/3 Installation

This message is important if you are performing an
upgrade; in the case of new installation click on "OK"
and proceed with the installation.

The installation of the first part is completed, so you
can proceed with the installation of TecnoMETAL
2/3.

It is not necessary to reboot the pc at this stage,
restart when installation is complete.


In this part select the desired language and press the
Next button to proceed with the installation.

When the installation is complete, press the end
button

The installation of the second part is completed, so
you can proceed with the installation of
TecnoMETAL 3/3.

It is not necessary to reboot the pc at this stage,
restart when installation is complete.

In this part select the desired language and press
the Next button to proceed with the installation.

At the end will be created 3 icons on the desktop of
WINDOWS.

Activate trial license

TecnoMETAL Trial license is a full license, its activation takes place via the internet in connection with our
server.

To activate the Trial license you must change the name of the server key and request the activation code.

Change server name

Start > Programs > Steel&Graphics > KeySystem
> NLM > Set Server Name

Request activation code

Click Activation code icon.

Will be open the following screen:

Click on >> Send Request Code << .

Insert your personal data (all mandatory)

Press OK to automatically create an e-mail with
request code.

If you are not connected to internet, select Do not
create email automatically!, in this way it will be
create a text file that can be copied and sent (from
another computer connected to Internet) to
[email protected].
Once you have received the email with the activation
code, you will have to insert it into the box Reply code
and press Activate.

If the entered code is valid the procedure displays:

You can start to use TecnoMETAL.

If the entered code is invalid the procedure displays:

In this case, make sure you have inserted the correct
code in the box without inserting any spaces to the right.
