By now, more than half of the associates in

our store have completed the Associate En-

gagement Measurement Surveys. Our goal is
100% participation by October 12th, so please
take a few minutes out of your work day to
give us your feedback. This is your opportunity
to let ShopRite know where our strengths are,
and where we may have some opportunities for
improvement. We have already made several
changes, based on your suggestions over the
last few months including our birthday cup-
cake coupons, and ordering additional equip-
ment for various departments. I look for-
ward to continuing to enhance your experi-
ence in every way I can. I take great pride
in having a family store, where we can
enjoy fun times (like the Employee Appreci-
ation BBQ last weekend, and our Best
Bagger Contest) as well as make a dif-
ference in our community, (through initia-
tives like Partners in Caring and Help
Bag Hunger.). Thank you for EVERYTHING
you do to consistently deliver extraordinary
service to our customers!
Jack DeLuca, Store Director

Four years ago, Andrea Barnhart
(right), received a life-saving kid-
ney transplant. The donor was
fellow-associate, Karen Gorski
(lef). The two met and became
friends while working at
ShopRite! In honor of the mo-
mentous occasion, Andrea pre-
sented Karen with a cake.
