Step:-3:- confirmation of order:-
- After completed the negotiation exporter
should send acceptance letter to the Bayer.

from buyers to exporter.
- Out of two-one copy with exporters signatures
& stamp send to Bayer.
Step: - 4:- export license:-
- Some items are banned! Controlled by means of
license.
- Exporter should make sure to item which note
be from boned.
Step: - 5:- finance:-
- It exporter require pre-shipment payment
should take necessary steps.
Step: - 6:- production! Procurement of goods:-
- If exporter is manufacture-production schedule
should adjust as per export order.
- If exporter is not manufacture he should
contract with soldier! Ensure time availability.
Step: - 7:- shipping space:-
- Contract with shipping company.
- Exporter may get necessary information from
daily shipping intelligence.

Step :- 12 :- exchange control formalities:-
- Export has the obligation to satify the R.B.I that
he received payments from overseas.
- The exchange control regulation requires:-
(1) Make declaration on the prescribed form to
the collectors of custom that foreign
exchange represent the full export value of
the good,has been or will be disposed of in
the menar and within the specified piread
by the R.B.I.

dealers.
(3) Recive payment by an apruad method.
(4) Exporter are requard to realize the foreign
exchange process. Of exportes within the
specified period if the exporter as enay

permission of the R.B.I for the extention of
time limit.
- An exporter require to fill certain specific
forms&submit them to customs authorities.
Step :- 13 :- insurance :-
- The risk of such period covered under marine
insurance.
- Who should bear the cost of insurance.
- Under CIP insurance is the Responsibility of
exporter. CIP(cash insurance & freight).
- Marine insurance in indea is undertaken by :-
(1) General insurance corporation of india
(G.I.C)
(2) National insurance company

(5) The united india fire & general insurance
company
- E.C.G.C (export credit guarantee corporation )

general insurance.
Step :- 14 :- shipping the goods :-
(1) Shipping by sea :-
- To obtain permission of the port authorities.
- To present cart ticket to the gate inspector /
keeper at part gate.
