The herein Specifcations enclose the layout and mounting
requirements for plants in each workshop.
The maintenance workshop is located in the hall for current
revision and repair works, as well as in the repair for pieces and
subassemblies.
The works organization project specifes the endowments of
each workshop, which are partly included also in equipment lists, with
and without mounting.
4. Mai me%&ai%a/ #or2s&o0
n this workshop there will be e!ecuted S"#s maintenance
works. There are provided all the necessary plants for the e!ecution of
such works.
The boring machine $ %& will be mounted on a plain concrete
foundation. t will be mounted after maintaining the conditions of
concrete pouring and hardening. The position of holes for foundation
screws will be assessed only after verifying the holes' a!les in
machine's trunk. The levels provided in the machine book will be also
observed. The supply voltage is %%()*+( ".
#ouble grinder ,# *(( will be mounted on a - .&( reinforced concrete
foundation, after complying with the foundation e!ecution
requirements.
The position of holes for anchoring bolts will be assessed only after
verifying the holes/ a!les in machine's trunk.
The levels provided in the machine book will be observed. The supply
voltage will be %%()*+( ".
The vice bench is necessary for e!ecuting some dismantling 0
mounting operations, for repair works.
The provided stand is necessary for storage of repaired S#"s.

This workshop is provided for checking and repairing the electric
installations of the plants and vehicles necessary for road
maintenance.
The boring machine $ .* provided for this workshop will be mounted

This workshop is provided for recovering the used or damaged pieces
and for repairing the metal sheet subassemblies. t is ftted out with
plants, devices and appropriate industrial furniture.
The grinder ,# *(( will be mounted on a - .&( reinforced concrete
foundation, after complying with the foundation e!ecution
requirements.
The position of holes for anchoring bolts will be assessed only after
verifying the holes' a!les in machine's trunk.

5. A%%umu/a"ors re0airig a- %&argig #or2s&o0
This workshop is provided for recovering and repairing accumulators.
The main operations that will be e!ecuted in this workshop are7
- dismantling of accumulator batteries
- replacement of used plates and remounting
- battery charging.
9. 'ar)ure"or #or2s&o0
This workshop is necessary for verifying, recovering and repairing of
carburetors, water pumps, injection pumps, supply devices, fuel
flters.
The operations that will be e!ecuted are7
- dismantling in component pieces
- washing
- assessment of defects
- replacement of defect pieces with new or recovered pieces.
2or this purpose, there were provided plants and appropriate
industrial furniture, as working bench, washing bath, stand, and cases.

n this workshop there will be carried out technical revision and
current repair works, necessary for assuring a good operation of the
plant.
1ithin the framework of revision works, according to the technical
prescriptions, there will be carried out control works, tightening and
adjustments, lubrication operations, cleaning and checking, washing.
1ithin the framework of repair works there will be carried out
recovery operations, including replacement of pieces and units, that
have to be performed after maintaining the operating state of the
plants.
The workshop is also provided with a boring machine $ %&, a double
grinder ,# *(( and an electric compressor :9; *&(, /$ira<e/ crane of
..%& tf and a /9rocodile/ type hydraulic lever.
=... The hydraulic crane is necessary for lifting the engines from the
bearers and for transporting them as well as other pieces to the repair
place.
=.%. The hydraulic lever is necessary for lifting various loads >font
deck, back deck, etc.?.

on foundations described at the workshops that are ftted out with
such plants.

recovering operations for measuring and controls devices, mounted
on 9..9.'s machines and units.
t is located at the frst level of the operation building.
t is ftted out with plants, devices and appropriate industrial furniture.

The f!ing solution will be assessed after plant's procurement, in
accordance with the requirements of the machine book.
The labor protection measures will be complied with, according to the
norms in force. 2rom the department norms of labor protection in
road, water and air transport the chapter no. AAA" related to the
labor protection measures for cold treatment of metals by means of
machine tools will be observed.

t is ftted out with an automatic washing machine, dryer, appropriate
furniture and other equipment, as chown in 4nne! & bill.
The labor protection measures related both to the mechanical part
and to the electric part will be complied with, according to the norms
in force.
