I take this grand opportunity to record my everlasting thanks and to


express my heartfelt gratitude to my project guide and my beloved Professor
Mrs. B. Lavanya Assistant professor, GVP college for Degree & PG
courses who has always been there motivating, inspiring, encouraging,
directing and controlling me through the period of my study. It is because of
her perseverance and valuable guidance that I found courage to accomplish
and produce a beautiful project report that I am proud of.

I express my sincere gratitude to Prof. S. Rajani Director, School of


Management Studies GVP College for Degree & PG Courses for giving me
opportunity to work on this project.

At the onset, I wish to extent my indebtedness to Mr. K. Sunil Kanth


(HR Manager) Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited, Atmakuru,
Guntur. for giving me an opportunity to work on this project in their

which helped and supported a lot in completing the project throughout the
