Channel 82, When There Came A Handover Command To It, The Handover Successfully

1. High call handover failures were reported on site SCB sector 3. Investigation found issues with timeslots 12 and 7 on the BCCP channel using frequency channel 8 operating on that sector. 2. Handovers were successful on other frequency channels and other timeslots on frequency channel 8. 3. The problem appears isolated to timeslots 12 and 7 on the BCCP channel using frequency 8 on SCB sector 3. Further action is needed by BTS engineers to check this channel on the sector.
