Introductory note
This questionnaire has been designed to help me collect information about your
experience in English language learning in class. The information I will collect will
help me make the lesson more interesting for you; thats why Im asking you to
spend 30 minutes to complete it with honesty. Remember that there arent any
correct or wrong answers. Im just asking for your opinion. Thank you for your
participation!

To start with, I would like you to have some information about yourself.
