Microsoft Wor
, word processor is a *omputer program that enables you to create, edit, print and
sa"e document for further retrie"al and re"ision. In simple language word processor is
nothing but processing of word i.e. constructing sentences, to write different letters,
prepare pamphlets project reports etc.
.ne of the chief ad"antages of word processing o"er a con"entional
typewriter is that a word processor enables you to make changes to a document without
retyping the entire document. 7xample type in a letter after typing, it you can go back
and changes margins, add sentences, delete word, and correct spelling error and so on.
he most important feature being the print pre"iew option allowing you to see how a
document may look after printing, to get an error free document printed.
FEATURES OF WORD PROCESSOR3

Printing selected text in bold face and italic or underline.
Printing selected text in superscript style and subscript style.
