Projects or practical course work:

In 1st year I made two projects, one by myself and another one in a group:
1. I had to design a vehicle that had to be able to carry as much load as possible in
the least amount of time for few metres. I was nominated group leader and was
responsible for the design and assembly of the truck and also had to put the final
report together. as group leader I also organised all the meeting and had to check
on my mates work and try to solve the problems we had.
2. For workshop practice I had to make a lock. I had to make every piece from
scratch based on the cad drawing that were given to me and had to assembly
them together. I learned how to use most of the machines and health and safety
in the workshop and I how to work under pressure.
In second year I also made two projects:
3. For cad I had to design a vee velt. I had to make all the cad drawings for it and
the final assembly.
4. For workshop practice we had to make vice. Every person from the team made
one of the parts and we all assembled it together.
I also did a lot of research work about stem cells, knee arthroplasty and the
mechanics of gymnastics.
