CHECKMATE / CORRDATA STEP GUIDE

1 INTRODUCTION

Probe Data Download using Checkmate:

1 Turn on Checkmate hand held unit.

2 Plug Checkmate into probe adaptor / probe cable.

3 Press F1 (READ)

4 Press F1 (PROBE)

5 Press F1 (ID)

6 Enter the Probe ID number and Press F1 (ENTER)

7 Press F1 (START)

8 The probe DIV and CHECK readings will be displayed (With initial CHECK reading in brackets)

9 To read the probe Press F1 (READ)

10 To save the reading Press F3 (SAVE)

11 To exit Press F4

12 Turn off HHU

Transfer Probe Data to Corrdata Plus:

13 Plug in Checkmate into computer with Corrdata Plug Program

14 Open Corrdata Plus Program

15 Click Windows Start Button

16 Right Click on Computer and click on Properties

17 Click Device manager on the left hand side

18 Check the COM port



19 Click on Open an Existing Site in Corrdata Plus



20 Click the Preferences Tab then Settings

21 Check COM port matches



22 If COM port matches proceed to step 25

23 If COM port doesnt match, change the COM port to the correct one

24 Press save then restart the Corrdata Plus software

25 Select platform (Alwyn) from list of existing sites.

26 Click on icon of a computer with a red arrow (receive data)

27 Select Device (Mate)

28 Select Method (Checkmate)




29 Select to Group and choose where to Receive Data

30 Turn on Checkmate

31 Press F3 (Dump)

32 Press F1 (Start)

33 Quickly click Read from Device on Computer.

34 Turn off Checkmate once download is complete.

35 Click on the Accept All tab and select yes


Exporting data
36 Click the Export button. (Box with Blue Arrow Pointing Up)

37 Click on CSV Format




38 Select Group of Probes to be Exported

39 Click Export and click Yes.



40 Find the .CSV files at C:\Program Files (x86)\RCS\CORRDATA PLUS you have just exported and save them onto
the desktop. (Depending on your computer you might need to click on the compatibility tab to find your desired
excel files)

41 Email files to desired person.
