The picture describe about vision in geoscience division will be made by me. The activity is
Microseismic monitoring. The vision is one of process that can interpret subsurface in drilling operation. From
the picture can explain the vision is like normally acquisiton seismic but the area around drilling operation. The
first plan i will build a interpretation departement of seismic which can contribute to support my idea to build
Microseismic monitoring.
I think My Company-Elnusa can move to big step with Interpretation Activity so bussines process
will develope to big chance in Geoscience. To get big goals in this vision, I desribe the cube that contain anything
to fasting my eager. The people, hardware, software and experience area important part to develop this idea.
The people is one of the best thing for generate this idea because Good People with Knowledge, Speed and Gut
will make this idea brilliant additionaly people with highly Integrity.
We dont have experience but we can learn to get experience. By buying software we can take
course from the agent of software to build seismic monitoring also with hardware with speed we can learn so
much about monitoring seismic in oil and gas. I think Now is a perfect chance for elnusa to fly to be best energy
company that provide anything needed of holding company.
With this vision, Hopefully the HSE in Elnusa can change to be independent or to be
Interindependent so Integration HSE and Wonderful Operation will make ELNUSA to be Healthy Company in
World. I hope I can make this vision to be real if I spend 3 years for study about acquisition, design and
processing Seismic. I will take scholarship to get Master Degree to study about Reservoir Characterisation and
Development with Microseismic Method. In 7 Years I hope to be Technical Specialist For Development bussines
in Elnusa and In 10 Years I will bring my dreams and idea to be real in Elnusa.
I think with preparation training that made by Elnusa will make me to be good leader in Elnusa so
my chance to be Director of Operational will be happen in 15 years, so I will be good in Managerial and
Technical system. With Support God, My parent, freinds and all of people in Elnusa I will make my dreams to be
come true.
