accreditation to ans%er for an$ loss or dama&e incurred in

"ost a suret$ )ond of 6*00,000.00 "er to% truc'.
G.+ Must "a$ annual accreditation fees to te ./0 concerned.
MMDA accredited to%in& com"an$9a&enc$ sall )e reHuired to
"a$ 6G,000.00 annual accreditation fee for te Crst t%o ,2-
to% truc's and 62,000 for e#er$ additional unit in e?cess of
t%o ,2-.

1.G Stalled or ille&all$ "ar'ed #eicle as a result of en&ine trou)le
sall )e to%ed in cases %ere te dri#er deli)eratel$ refuses
to remo#e is #eicle or cannot mo#e is #eicle due to te
a)sence of eHui"ment, etc. or to circumstances )e$ond is
control, and a 3<R sall )e issued to te dri#er.

#eicleJs condition. 4n case te o%ner9dri#er is not in te
"remises of te #eicle, te notice sall )e left9entrusted to
an$ traDc oDcer on dut$ at te site, or to an$ res"onsi)le
"erson %o can &i#e te notice to te o%ner.

)e issued )$ MMDA, te traDc enforcer sall sto" said to%
truc' for Huestionin&. 8e sall call te MF3ROIASF to #erif$
%eter said to%in& incident as )een re"orted to it, and if
said to% truc' is dul$ autori!ed.
8.3 4f te to% truc' as no autorit$ to o"erate to%in& ser#ice in
Metro Manila, te to%in& incident sall )e considered an
unla%ful or ille&al act, and te to% truc' o"erator sall )e
car&ed for colorum o"eration. 3e traDc enforcer sall issue
a 3<R to te to% truc' o"erator tru te dri#er for suc
#iolation and sall im"ound said to% truc'.
8.+ 3e traDc enforcer sall re"ort te ille&all$ o"eratin& to%
truc' to te MF3ROIASF %it com"lete information on te
