SAP Lumira is now available in a 32-bit version that is supported on the Windows 7 operating system. To determine if you need this version, open your com-
puter's Control Panel; select System, where the System Type should identify it as either 32-bit or 64-bit.
Prerequisites:
Operating System: WIN 8, WIN 8.1, WIN 7SP1
Hardware: Minimum 4 GB RAM
Registration:
If you have already registered with Lumira cloud account version 1.15, then you can directly install Lumira version 1.17 and start creating visualizations.
If you have not registered with Lumira version 1.15, it is recommended to uninstall Lumira version 1.15 and perform a fresh installation of Lumira version 1.17.
For this, follow the steps mention below:
Step 1: Go Control Panel->All Control Panel Items->Programs and Features->SAP Lumira (Uninstal)
Step2: Go to Run and enter %public% Delete sapvi folder
Step3: Navigate to C:\Users\<your user>\ delete .sapvi folder
Step 4: Go to Run and enter %temp%
Step 5: Delete sapvi folder
Result: The older versions of Lumira software is uninstalled from your system.

Follow the short steps mentioned below and in less than 5 minutes, you will start discov-
ering insights from your own data.
Step 1:
Launch the installation executable fle. SAP Lumira self-extracting archive window is
displayed.

Once the exe fle is extracted, the user account control window is displayed. Click Yes"
to allow the program to make changes to your computer.

Step 3:
The lnstallation Manager window appears. Click Next.

Accept the license agreement, and click Next.

Step 5:
Click Next to begin the installation.

Wait for the installation to complete.

Click Finish to complete the installation.

Step 7: Launch Lumira . The Registration window is displayed.
Step 8: Click on Click here for proxy confguration" link. The SAP Lumira preferences

Step 9: Click on Network", and select Confgure Proxy" check box.
Step10: Click Done. The registration window is displayed.

Note: ln Company Name feld, type Student-College Name". Example: Student-BIT.
Step 11: lf you are a frst time user, Click Register Lumira and enter your login creden.
. tials else, register with SAP Lumira using your existing cloud account details.
Step 12: Click Register and wait for the registraiton to complete.
