SCOPE OF THE PRESENTATION
RULES FOR THE PARTICIPATING TEAMS FOR WRITTEN PRESENTATIONS
The written presentation should preferably be typed (double space) on bond paper, (size
11*8), leaving 3 cs argin and should be between 18!! to "!!! words# $harts,
diagras, etc# ay be included to support any research wor% or data collection#

0. -ach tea will get a total of 17 inutes for the oral presentation# The 8anel of 9udges

4. )fter first 13 inutes of the presentation by any eber of the tea, there would be
an indication of reaining " inutes to coplete the presentation# 6f any tea
stretches the 8resentation beyond the tie liit of 17 inutes, there would be
negative ar%ing for sae#
6. The two best teas selected at &egional $opetition will be re3uired to send (1) 4
e,tra copies of their :ritten &eport along with a copy in $/ (word docuent) )bstract
of presentation (3) 8ass 8ort 0ize photographs within a wee% to )62) for the *ational
$opetition# *o change fro the original should be peritted at any stage# I 4'!e(

8. The date, tie and venue for the &egional $opetition will be decided by the
respective 12)s and will be ade %nown fro the;)62)# 8articipating teas are also
re3uested to get in touch with their &egional $entre and )62)#
9. The 1$/ 8ro9ector and laptop will be provided both at the respective &egional $entre 5
at the <rand +inale at *ew /elhi# The presentation in $/ be ust be chec%ed# The
