    AC-PQC-INJECTO

    Low viscous epoxy injection resin




    USES AC-PQC-INJECTO is non-shrink, free flow, solvent free, low
    viscosity, high molecular weight, special epoxy. Due to low
    viscosity, it penetrates into cracks and honeycombs in concrete,
    up to full depth with very less pressure (or with gravity).


    Typical Application

    For strengthening of honeycombs in concrete.
    Cracks in PQC.
    Repairs near expansion joints in PQC.

    Unique Advantages By virtue of low viscosity AC-PQC-INJECTO penetrate into
    the cracks at very low pressure. It can fill cracks and
    strengthen concrete matrix.

    It has an excellent adhesion with old concrete, repair
    composite and also possesses resistance to chemical.

    As the pot life is up to 60 min., injection process can be done
    very comfortably.

    Application Procedure Area to be injected shall be cleaned to remove all loose
    material.

    During the application of AC-PQC-INJECTO ,first stir the
    resin and hardener individually in the container and
    then mix with each other.

    Mix AC-PQC-INJECTO resin (2 parts), hardener (1 part). Add
    hardener into resin (and not reverse) and mix the ingredients
    by simple stirring for about 1 min. Motorized or mechanical
    stirring is not necessary.
    ill the injection gun or syringe with AC-PQC-INJECTO (ensure
    no entrapment of air in the gun).

    Inject the material directly in to the crack. If necessary seal
    the crack and put nozzles and then carry out injection
    process.

    If the injection is done directly into the cracks, ensure proper
    method to remove entrapment of air in the crack so that
    epoxy flows into the full depth.

    Precaution Exotherm :

    All epoxy products will develop a temperature rise on mixing. Its
    extent will be a function of the volume to surface ratio, the
    ambient temperature as well as the mass and thermal
    conductivity of the surrounding materials. Apple Chemie shall be
    contacted for specific data.

    Packaging 1) Kit 1 Kg. Resin + 0.5 Kg. Hardener + injectable syringe.

    2) Industrial Pack - 20 Kg. Resin & 10 Kg. Hardener.
