New ways to transfer credit
1. Send an SMS to 1500
o First way (new) Sender: Send an SMS to 1500 including *133* the recipient's number *the credit amount# Recipient: After receiving an SMS confirming the credit transaction, the recipient must send an SMS to 1500 including: *133*ID number# o Second way Send an SMS to 1500 including: *133* the recipient's number *the credit amount*the recipient's ID number# 2. USSD its working o First way (new) Sender: Enter *133*the recipient's number*the credit amount # then press call. Recipient: After receiving an SMS confirming the credit transaction, the recipient must send an SMS to 1500 including *133*ID number# o Second way: Sender: Enter *133*the recipient's number*the credit amount # then press call. 1. You will receive an SMS requesting you to enter the recipient's number. 2. After completing Step 1, you will receive an SMS requesting you to enter the amount you wish to transfer.
When a credit is transferred to your mobile number, it does not increase the validity of your number To inquire about your number validity dial *166# call button
Collect Call
A Jawal, Sawa or Lana customer can accept to pay for call charges as follows: o When receiving a call through the Collect Call service, the number will be displayed on your screen o When you answer, you will hear a voice message asking you to either accept the charges by pressing * or reject them by pressing #.
If you receive a call from a number on your acceptance list, the caller's number will be displayed on your screen and you will hear a voice message informing you that you'll be immediately charged for the call.
Jawal, Sawa, and Lana customers can choose the language they prefer as follows:
