1. The document outlines procedures for loading and lifting tests of a floating crane, including static load tests with gradual increases in weight up to 2200 tons and lifting tests where the load is lifted and the crane is moved.
2. During the tests, equipment like brakes, hydraulics, draft, anchors, and cables will be inspected at each load step and conditions will be recorded in Table 2.
3. Only after all static load test items pass inspection can the lifting tests be carried out by lifting the load in steps of 10 meters and holding for 10 minutes while checking for abnormalities.

1. The static load test
Before the loading test, the foating crane needs to be moved to trial lifting position and keeping the ship Anchored. For the connections of slings, please refer to the attached drawing. The loading testing shall be carried out gradually according to the loading plan. As indicated below: !"#!"$!!"$$!" The lifting height is $!cm, keeping $! min at position for inspection. %uring the test, the brakes and hydraulic system of winch, main engine, draft, anchor cable and anchor support shall be inspected carefully, and the status shall recorded as shown on table &. The loading test can only be carried out when all be the items are in good working condition. After the load test completed, unload the weight, 'nspect and check the the brakes and hydraulic system of winch, main engine, draft, anchor cable and anchor support again and make the record. (nly after all the items of static load test pass the inspection, the lifting test can be carried out. The Lifting test (including moving ship test): As per the loading steps, apply the load step by step. )ach step, lift the load to the height of *m by the speed of $.+m,min and keep $! minutes. %uring the test, check the brakes. -echeck the brakes by lowering the load at a right distance and stop. After con.rming there is no abnormal situation, move the ship on all sides with load, and check the working condition of di/erent of e0uipments during the testing process. 1ake the record following the table &. After the lifting test, unload after the load and inspect entire e0uipment of the foating crane, and make the record.
