Dear Flemming:

I am formally tendering my resignation as the Operations Manager of Trendtech


e-Transcription, Inc.

It is with reluctance that I'm submitting this letter. Although my time with
Trendtech has been, on the whole, satisfying and challenging, for a while now I
have realized that I do have responsibilities that I can no longer ignore. With the
current circumstance and the direction of the company, it is increasingly difficult
for me to cope up with these obligations. I have decided to pursue my training
career in a much more stable company.

Therefore, it is with regret that I asked you to accept this as my resignation from
Trendtech effective December 31, 2009.
