INTRODUCING WINDOWS

1.To open a file or folder in My Computer 11. To open a file or folder in My Document
Double-click My Computer. Double-click My Document.
Double-click the drive that contains the file. Double-click the file or folder you want to open.
Double-click the file or folder you want to open. Note: My Documents is a desktop folder that provides
you with a place to store documents. When you save a
file it is automatically saved in My Documents unless
you choose a different location. To chane the default
folder for My documents! riht-click My Document! click

on the toolbar or by pressin the backspace key. $f the toolbar

folders of your disk

permanently without bein stored in the (ecycle 'in. #ou
will not be able to restore it.

The screen saver starts if your computer is idle for the number
of minutes specified in Wait. To clear the screen saver after it
has started! move your mouse or press any key.

$t has the vast use in windows. 'y usin this you can see drives! folders and files in the computer. Windows
01plorer offers one pane and two-pane interface. $t provides a variety of ways to display the information on your
system. #ou can choose from lare icons! small icons! lists or displays etc. $t means the folder is a directory where
you can store files or other folders called sub-folders. #our desktop also works as a folder.
