Post-Incorporation Compliances (To be complied within 30 days of incorporation of LLP)
*IMPORTANT NOTE: 1) LLP Agreement stamp duty differs from State to State and normally need to be purchased by the Partners in their LLP name after Incorporation of the LLP, hence based on the applicable duty, Partners shall arrange for the same. BMC will guide you in purchasing the same. PLEASE REFER TO THE BELOW STAMP DUTY CHART.
2) As per new Incorporation Rules, (in all States in India) the Partners have to provide notarized affidavits for DIN application & other declarations. In this regard, the Partners need to purchase the stamp papers in their own name and personally visit & arrange for the notarization. Normally the cost per LLP for stamp paper and notarization would be Rs. 700 to Rs. 900, which shall be borne by the Partners. (Draft format of the Affidavit/declarations will be provided by BMC, you only have to print it on stamp paper and get it notarized). Capital Contribution
