GUIDELINES
1. Hostel and Mess Charges
a. Hostel Charges: (For Local Students)
UG Students with Community Bath PG Students
1) Security (Refundable) Rupees. 10,000/- Rupees. 10,000/-
2) 3 Months Advance Rent Rupees. 12,000/- Rupees. 16,500/-
Total amount Rupees. 22,000/- Rupees. 26,500/-
b. Hostel Charges: (For International Students)
UG Students with Community Bath PG Students
1) Security (Refundable) USD 117/- USD 117/-
2) 3 Months Advance Rent USD 120/- USD 180/-
Total amount USD 237/- USD 297/-

For which a Demand Draft / Pay Order (from any bank) in favour of HQ NUST, Islamabad should be submitted along
with the Hostel Admission Form.
3) Subsequently Hostel Charges will be required to be paid on semester basis for which challan will be issued by Finance
Directorate.

c. Mess Charges:
Messing is mandatory for every hostelite.
(1) Security (Refundable) Rupees. 7,000/- (One time on joining the Hostels)
(2) Monthly Charges Rupees. 3,600/- ( Rs. 120/- per day)
For which bill / challan of Rupees 10,600/- will be issued to the student after joining the Hostel.
(3) Subsequently Mess Challan will be issued to the students in their respective hostels on monthly basis.
2. Filling and Submitting the Hostel Admission Form
a. First of all download the form in word format and fill accordingly.
b. Check the box according to your program.
c. Affix scanned or soft copy of passport size photograph.
d. Fill the School and Course column in which you got admission at NUST Islamabad Campus.
e. Signature with name.
f. Scan the following Documents:
g. Demand Draft / Pay Order of Hostel charges ( to be submitted in original to the Hostel Warden on the day of arrival)
h. CNIC of student and father / guardian. (B-Form for students with no CNIC)
i. Send the duly completed Hostel Admission Form and the above mentioned scanned documents to the email address:

j. INCOMPLETE forms will not be entertained.
3. Procedure after Submission of Form
a. NUST Hostel Administration will send you a confirmation email after receiving your complete scanned Documents.
b. Rooms will be allotted on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
c. After Allocation of the rooms, students will receive a detailed e-mail about the Room No, Hostel Block and reception
arrangement in the first week of coming Sep. The room allocation will be cancelled, if room is not occupied within one
week.
d. Candidates who fails to obtain a room shall be notified about their position on the waiting list.
