%y art $ournal gives me freedom to exress my creativity without bounds, because I #now that I don"t have to share it
with anyone! I #now that whatever I roduce, whether it"s good or bad, is for my eyes only!
If I"m wor#ing on a canvas and my inner critic starts moc#ing me, telling me that I"m not good enough, that no one
will areciate my art, I simly wor# in my art $ournal for a little while! %y inner critic isn"t allowed near that $ournal!
&ecause I believe that every artist should have their own art $ournal to lay in, to ractice in, and to exress their
authentic selves, I"ve ut together '( art $ournal romts for you to use when you $ust need to remove yourself from
life and let go! )ou can rint this list, ut it in your art $ournal, and use these romts whenever you want to sar#
