The inside source would be from capital contribution of partners. 3utside funding will be coming from borrowings from loans from financing institutions such as banks or money- lenders, and tuition fees, which includes down payments. It will also help in determining the services, in the form of classes, to be provided, the target market, the marketing strategies to be adapted and the advertising strategy. "aguio being a premiere tourist destination spot as it is the summer capital of the !hilippines and the education center of 4orthern 5uzon will be a big help in the success of a performing arts center. This is because besides the students that will be benefitted when a performing arts center is established in "aguio /ity, any performances or ensembles put together by the said students and their instructors will greatly boost the city%s tourism potential to a new level. The market study shows that there are two factors which affect the market. These factors are internal factors, which include location and management of the conservatory and its employees, and external factor, which just includes the state of competitors.
