CAMPUS ALERT

INT. CAMPUS LIBRARY - NIGHT
A GIRL (college age) sits at a table in front of her lap top,
half-way asleep. She taps a pencil on the table in a continuous,
repetitive rythm. She jolts awake at the sound of the intercom.
INTERCOM
Attention library patrons. The library
will be closing in 15 minutes.
The Girl closes her laptop and walks out the back exit. The
hallways competely empty. Not another soul in sight.
EXT. CAMPUS - NIGHT
We see her passing through the main campus area. On her walk,
she passes by a Campus Alert flier warning students of
previous incidents of muggings, imploring the students not to
walk alone on campus after dark.
INT. PARKING GARAGE - NIGHT
She gets into her car and turns the key to her ignition. The car
refuses to start. She pops the hood of the car and takes a look
inside. The expression on her face reveals that someone has
tampered with it.
She takes a look at her cellphone. No service.
From afar she sees a silhouette of a MAN standing on the other
side of the garage. Watching her.
GIRL
Hello?.... Hey!.. Excuse me?
The silhoutte walks out of sight as soon as she
calls out to it.
EXT. CAMPUS NIGHT
The girl walks far from the garage, back towards campus. She
raises her cellphone up as she walks to try and get a signal. As
she looks up at her cellphone, someone runs into frame real fast
behind her and grabs her cellphone then disappears.
She looks all around her, shocked by what happened. No one in-
sight.
She runs fast. as far across campus as she can. She runs past
one building and tries to open the door. Locked. She bangs on
the window crying for help.
She runs across to the next building and bangs on that window
too. She stops at the sight of a person standing behind her in
the relfection of the window. She looks behind her. Once again,
no one is there.
She walks over to the spot where she thought she saw someone
standing and looks down on the ground. She picks up the smashed
remains of her cellphone.
While staring at the cellphone, suddenly-
Someone lunges at her from behind. He wraps his arms around her,
trying to place his hands over her mouth to keep her from
screaming. The girl struggles for her life. Trying to break free
from the attackers grasp.
She manages to kick the man in the groin. He grunts then loosens
his grip just enough for her to free herself and bolt it towards
the parking garage.
As she runs across the street, she notices a car coming in her
direction. She stops in the middle of the road and waves the car
down, screaming.
GIRL
HELP! HELP ME PLEASE!
The car passes her but she continues to scream for help in its
direction. The driver suddenly hits the brakes and comes to a
stop.
In relief, she approaches the vehicle. Both the drivers seat
and the passengers seat open simultaneously.
Two MEN step foot out of the car and face her. Both concealing
their faces with MASKS. One of them holds a baseball bat, the
other a knife.
She turns around and notices that she is now corned by both her
previous attacker as well as the new ones.
She stands still in a state of panic for a moment, then when she
gets her chance, she books it. The THREE masked men persue-
after her.
The chase persists through out campus, as they run through
sprinklers, past various buildings and corners. The girl is
fast, but the attackers are persistant.
She finds herself cornered at a fence. She makes an attempt to
climb it, but the masked men take the opprotunity to catch her,
pulling her down from the fence, and pressing her back up
against it.
The Main Masked Man presses his knife up in her face as she
quivers/cries. She drops her bag by his feet.
GIRL
Please!... Take anything you want!
The masked man kicks her bag away and shakes his head at her. He
fiddles with his knife a little then STABS her in the stomach.
She reacts in pain. Her crying ceases as he twists the blade.
For a moment... Silence. Then a maniacal laugh.
The masked man look at eachother in bewilderment. They look back
at the girl. She lifts her head up and looks straight into the
eyes of the main masked man, laughing like an insane person and
reveals FANGS.
She lunges at the main masked man and bites into his neck.
Blood gushes out, and even splatters several feet into the air,
landing on the two other masked men. They react in shock.
She then punches the man in the stomach and pulls out intestines
in her hands. The man falls to the ground. She turns her
attention to the remaining two.
CLOSE IN: On one of the masked mans pant legs as he pisses
himself out of fear.
They bolt in opposite directions.
She growls then chases the one heading in the left direction who
was holding the bat.
They cover much of the same ground as the previous chase. He
jumps off a ledge to try and get away from her. He lands poorly
on one leg.
CLOSE IN: On the mans ankle as we see a bone snap through his
sock.
He also drops the baseball bat he had been holding.
The Vampire Girl appears in front of him, almost as if she
hovered over him. She picks up the baseball bat and comes in
closer.
He looks up at her as she licks her chops. Then raises the bat
towards the sky and smashes his head in with one swing. It
bursts like a melon.
EXT. FURTHER ON CAMPUS - NIGHT
The other man manages to find a tunnel, underneath a bridge. He
turns on the flashlight app on his cellphone as he crawls in and
hides.
A moment passes as he catches his breath in the dark.
As freezes at the sound of footsteps above him on the bridge. He
covers the light on his cellphone with his hands and slows down
his breathing until the footsteps pass. He looks around him left
and right, sees nothing. A sigh of releif.
Then suddeny, something grabs him by the legs and drags him with
extreme force as he screams for his life.
FOCUS on his cellphone for the final shot as blood splatters
onto the screen.
CUT TO BLACK.
Then-
EXT. GYM - NIGHT
Another 20-something year old GIRL exits the front entrance
wearing her gym clothes, a backpack (LARGE IN SIZE) and
headphones.
We see her pass by another CAMPUS ALERT flier like the one from
the beginning of the frame, her back faces the camera.
The VAMPIRE GIRL enters the frame frome a distance. The vampire
girl yanks the flier from the wall/post and uses it like a
napkin to wipe the blood from her face, then stalks the
Gymnasium girl from afar.
EXT. PARKING LOT - NIGHT
As Gymnasium girl approaches her car, Vampire girl quickly
sneaks up behind her,
then suddenly-
Gymnasium girl quickly turns around, revealing a crossbow in her
hands and faces the camera.
The crossbow goes off and-
CUT TO TITLE CARD AND CREDITS.
