Introduction
Proposal brand is the people practice to create them or their career as a brand. Basically it is
related with developing a mark that creates one personal name as well as career. The ultimate
goals of personal brand are to establish and make sure personal network as well as reputation in
the professional life. Personal brand of mine certainly includes certain components and those will
discuss in this section.
Stage-1
1.1 Key skills, attributes and personal qualities in the personal brand
Personal brand mainly includes group skills that make especial preferences in the professional
life including discipline, communication, interpersonal, reliability, profession based knowledge,
organizing power, inspiring power, creativity to create new things. My personnel skills mainly
includes attentiveness to work, ambition, confident, consistency, determination, energy, ethical,
flexible, hardworking, honesty, optimism, punctual, productive, realistic, visionary and so other
skills. Those skills are there for the personal development of mine as well as make me fit in the
job market. From the SWOT analysis I have made this assumption regarding me (See appendix-
1). Those skills present myself at those position and that why those item are in this places.
Attributes indicates those quality that help me to perform professional quality of certain process
including different languages speaking ability, communication ability, adaptability of the person,
collaboration, values others, managing people ability in the certain people. Commitment,
serenity, courage, respect, loyalty and openness are the part of the attributes of the people.
Basically hardworking mainly assist to be best quality in the various section of the life. As a high
ambitious person, attributes assist to gain the top position of my life. Proper branding and proper
management of various elements of life definitely requires those attributes for person success.
Personal quality of mine can mention thorough the ability that are different from other person to
gain the top of the carrier of the person (Flemings, 2006). The process of personal brand cans
analysis on the basis of SWOT analysis of mine (See Appendix-1). Here it includes my sincere,
loyal, reliable, friendly, self discipline, efficient, active, cordial and so others personal quality.
Basically those qualities help us to gain top position in my persona carrier top position. Basically
quality assists me to gain the top position in the market place. The combination of those things
ensured the development of the organization. For the successful brand development, those items
are very essential for me to improve (Wilson and Blumenthal, 2008).
1.2 Analysis of different components with evidence of my branding
In personal branding, there certainly requires some key components and those components
definably have impact on the brand of personal career.
Appearance indicates the standard body language, clothing, posture and physical design of my
in different circumstance. In the brand development process, this component provides a gentle
outlook for appetence to me. Moreover I maintain proper body language for the proper ways to
communicate with the target market along with proper clothing (Wilson and Blumenthal, 2008).
In appliance and its related attitudes, I get very standard marketing from very early times. In time
of working with Matalan group, they provide very positive response to my attitudes.
Personality development is a vital aspect for the development process of the brand. In the
personality development process includes behavior, communication skills attitudes and the ways
of looking around of mine. In this case, I maintain positive attitudes, promised communication
system, standard nature of behavior with people. Leadership play important role in this case. In
personality development case, I got top response in different time. I provides top importance in
the personality development of mine and maintain same case in working with different
organization.
Competence is another part of the brand development system that develops my position and
brand value to the target position. Person skill and capability as well as deep knowledge
regarding the target area make this quality. The author properly maintains this quality. Moreover
the degree from Sunderland school of business provides competitive advantages. The
development of this components increase brand value in the target market place
(Brandchannel.com, 2014).
Differentiation makes one different from the total group of same class. In the brand
development process, differentiation definitely discussed point of differentiation which is
uncommon to the large number of people (See appendix-2). Multilanguage expertness, situation
based decisions in different incident and an expert communication skill in different situation
makes this quality (Brandchannel.com, 2014). In the working experience with Matalan was the
result of point of differentiation.
1.3 Achievement for quality claimed
In the process of quality claimed, leadership skills can be a quality claimed for the great
achievement of the personal brand of mine. In the various previous teams working process, the
part of leading people definitely provides extra facility which will improve the quality in the
workplace. Different business case competition, this role also provides very much extra facilities
for the development in my personal brand.
Communication skills with various interest people are other important achievements for
personal branding. In the study time, the collection of all friends and teachers contract address
and positive relationship with those people definitely improves the quality. In the various related
matter and activities, communication skills provide me extra facilities from others (Pria.com.au,
2014).
Languages skill is another important component that provides facilities to improve the position
in the target market place. Different language learning capability from different language
institutions improve the ability to work with large number of people. Here the ability
communicates with large portion increase the possibility to work with MNC (Pria.com.au, 2014).
Management skills for the situation management definitely achieve from the market place. In
the process of working with a large number of people assist me to achieve this quality in my
working situation. In the past experience of working in Matalan group assist to capture
different situation.
Motivational skills and innovation assistance definitely capture a large skill for the manager.
As a process of managing large business situation, those qualities assist to cover the prime of the
business cases. So people motivating skills have achieved from the previous section of my
managing ability.
1.4.1 Target Market
Target market indicates the segment of the market where an individual select for the
development of individual carrier. The activities of the people personal career definitely
complete the segment of the target market. In the competitive job market, I definitely target
MNC (Multinational Corporation) for personal career development. Various factors affect in the
selection of the target market for the personal brand. Education, experience, goals, competition,
geographic, demographic factors play very important role. Basically the development
opportunities, safety, place of express personal objective, dream and attention to work and
opportunities of great working area definitely provides the opportunities to work in this area of
personal selection (Rouse, 2009). The opportunities are huge, so I like the MNC jobs.
1.4.2 Ways of developing and address on target market
In the target market branding of the personal brand follow certain theory of branding. I defiantly
use one of the famous theories from the large target group. Here authentic personal development
model and traditional model can play very important roles in this context (Rouse, 2009). The
organic model of the career development follows a group of formal activities (See appendix-3).
The authentic model of the personal development is discussed in this section. Authentic model
and its various impletion has mentioned here.

Personal carrier development factor: Personal career development factor includes those things
which are essential for the development of the personal career of mine. To cover the target
market, one definitely covers this stage of the sector. Personal vision development is the formal
first step of the career development. Vision indicates the aim of life for the personal development
(Osborne and Yates, 2010). Mission and keys roles: According to the authentic model of the
personal development definitely requires mission statement and keys competence to gain the top
of the topper of the personal career. Here mission is to be the top position in the industry and
creates extra image in corporate world (Burke, 2002).

Brand statement indicates person view to obtain in certain time limit. Here to be the top level
employees of the MNC (Country manager of corporate manager) is the brand objective. Here the

of core skills is the part of the personnel branding. To fight on the job market place, one must
face this stage of the development (Burke, 2002). Personal branding of person requires
maintaining some critical branding factors of the person in the development process. Here point
of parity and point of differentiation maintain is very important factor. Though the main target
market is MNC, so point of differentiation gets top class importance.
Formulation of personal balanced scorecard
Personal Ambition and Personal Brand have no value unless you take action to make them a
reality. Therefore the emphasis in this stage is developing an integrated and well balanced action
plan based on your Personal Ambition and Personal Brand to reach your life and brand
objectives and to eliminate any negative elements. Target development for the actual market
place is essential in this stage of the management. According to those target market, the
responsibility in this stage is development of the target market of the process. Performance
measure to achieve target is essential to obtain the target of the market. As a candidate of the
MNC of the target world, skills and knowledge certainly will consider carefully (Slideshare.net,
2014).
Implement the action plan
The process of implement of the action plan indicates that the author apply according to the
target market and choice the organization. Though the target market is multinational
organization, the selection of the organization will definitely cover those target area. The process
of attending various application and approaches will cover the target market (Slideshare.net,
2014).
Conclusion
Personal brand development indicates the quality development of the person for the job area. In
the process of the career development, the activities and components support to develop career.
The skills, attributes, competences have discussed in the initial stages. Then the various
components of the development system and proper advancement of the system have mention.
Finally the target market in the job market and the proper plan for that area has mentioned. So,
personal brand plan is very important for personal development.
