    TARMELA NON DROP
    High Temperature Grease


    TARMELA NON DROP EP is a synthetic Extreme
    Pressure grease developed with a complex thickener
    and highly refined paraffinic oil. Its high viscosity
    index (VI) base oil is a blend with a unique package
    of special additives to protect against high loads
    (EP), wear (AW), corrosion and rust.


    TARMELA NON DROP EP is a wide range grease
    that covers diverse situations of industrial lubrication
    in continuous service. It is recommended for all types
    of bearings. Since it doesnt have a dropping point it
    is specially recommended for all those mechanisms
    near to sources of heat. It maintains its consistency
    up to 220C.


    CHARACTERISTIC

    Load capacity: TARMELA NON DROP EP is a
    heavy duty grease with a high load capacity,
    performing 350 kg welding load on Four Ball EP test.
    This condition offers high protection under conditions
    of limit lubrication, outperforming many other special
    types of grease.


    Thermal stability: TARMELA NON DROP EP
    maintains a unchanged structure in a range of -25 up
    to 220C, allowing a constant service without
    dropping or bleeding its oil; it supports temperature
    peaks of up to 280C.


    Mechanical stability: TARMELA NON DROP EP
    keeps its consistency with no significant changes,
    under high mechanical work requirements, resisting
    without leaking. This condition assures good sealing
    in applications with dusty environment or high
    vibrations, protecting the equipment against
    contaminants and wear.


    Chemical stability: TARMELA NON DROP EP
    remains unchanged in presence of water, acids or
    alkalis, because of its high adhesiveness to the metal
    surface, assuring anticorrosive protection in very
    humid applications.


    APPLICATIONS

    TARMELA NON DROP EP grease is multipurpose,
    and may be used to lubricate bearings, bushings,
    slides, rollers, cam followers, articulations, turn
    tables, as for example in iron and steel industry,
    mining, agriculture, pelletizing roller presses,
    corrugating rollers, oven conveyors, etc.
