Providing guidance to users.
Means: I have all the equipments to do my job such as Servers using Windows 2003 server,
firewalls and routers. I recommended and installed AVG antivirus client/Server on the entire PC
and I'm doing the management. I'm the Leader of a team of 4 people and together we are doing
our best to keep the network safe.
Appraisal: For the present, SOGEXPRESS have a healthy Network and nobody complain

LAN of the establishment. My objective was simple: maintaining the LAN, manage the Active
directory on the Windows 2003 Server, provide technical assistance for users, repairing PC and

Means: We were a team of 10 people to this training period. We had all we need to maintain the
LAN.
