Outbound Weighbridge Application
The outbound application covers the of trucks and the materials which are to be sent out to the
customers based on delivery order created in SAP.
After creating Sale order, Deliver in SAP, trucks are sent to weighbridge along with Delivery order
printout to take the tare weight. Once tare weight is recorded, trucks are sent to load the materials
to be shipped and again back to weighbridge to take the loaded weight. The difference between the
two weights will give the weight of the material. This will act as the gross weight in delivery order.
Depending on the types of bags used in packing, the packing weight is reduced from the captured
weight to get the actual quantity of the material to be shipped.

























The various options available in outbound weighbridge module are:

1.1 Weighbridge Application

1.1. a:- Create
Tcode: - ZSDWBO01
Type the T-code in the Command field.

Press enter you will get the screen below.

Enter the OBD number and click on this symbol or press enter.

The data flows from the Delivery and shipment documents into weighbridge document as
below

Press on CAPTURE button.
Then the tare weight will be captured from the weighbridge software as shown below.

Click on save button

Then you will get the screen below.



Press on print preview button to see the preview before print.

Press on print button to issue printout.

You will get the message at the bottom of the screen showing the number of the weighbridge
number generated.

1.1.b:- Change
Tcode: ZSDWBO02


Press Enter and
Give the weighbridge number and year, which is issued while capturing the tare
weight.



Press the button or press Enter.

Press button as shown in the above screenshot.
This will capture the gross weight from the weighbridge software as in the below
screenshot.

Click on save button
Then you will get the screen below



Press on print preview button to see the preview before print.

Press on print button to issue printout.

You will get the message at the bottom of the screen showing the number of the weighbridge
number changed successfully.

Give the weighbridge number and year.


Press the button or press Enter.

Here you can take print out of both intial weighment and final weighment by clicking on
print 1

1.2 Weighbridge Cancellation
Tcode: ZSDWBO04


Press Enter and
Give the weighbridge number which you want to cancel and give year.


Press the execute button .

Then you will get a message at the bottom of the screen saying weighbridge document number
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is successfully cancelled.

1.3 Weighbridge Report
Tcode: ZSDWBO05


Press Enter and
Give the date range for which you want to check the report.


Press the execute button .

You will get the report in the below format.


You can save the report in excel file by selecting LIST then select EXPORT then select
SPREADSHEET as shown in below screenshot

And double click on spread sheet, and then you will get the screen below

Click on drop down and select EXCEL (in office 2007 xslx format) and press enter

You will get a screen shown below
