Except those personnel who are receiving monthly Representation And Travel
Allowance (RATA), everyone else are entitled to reimburse transportation and other
allowable expenses subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
Transportation for PBEs and utility personnel to and from said venue shall be
provided for by the Internal Management and Services Division (IMSD), this Office.
Individual tasking for the above-named personnel is hereto attached for their
reference and guidance.
A pre job fair briefing will be held on Wednesday, 25 April 2012, 2:00 pm at
the Ichikawa Hall, Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC), Agham Road,
Diliman, Quezon City.
