Bank Account Grants Bank Account grant is maintained by System Administrators; accessed via Roles and Role Inheritances

Oracle provides a Security Wizard to Grant different levels of use to a Legal Entities Bank Accounts. Please do the following to assign Legal Entities to Cash Management responsibilities, in this case the Cash Management Vision (Global Test) Responsibility. These steps need to be completed to allow for bank account access, including viewing through forecasting and positioning:

1. Log in as Sysadmin. 2. Go to the User Management Responsibility. 3. Path: Roles & Role Inheritance 4. In the Type field select Roles and Responsibilities

5. Wait until a new field appears, you will see the category field, please select Miscellaneous 6. Search your Cash Management responsibility or role that you are using for global cash access (as defined in previous steps, in this example Cash Management Vision (Global Test)).

7. Click on the update icon.

8. A new window will be displayed, please click in the Security wizard button.

9. Clicking the security wizards button will display the below window. For CE UMX Security wizard, click on the Run Wizard icon/button.

10. In this window you should add the legal entities that you want to grant the access to all the bank accounts within a legal entity and choose the privileges that you want to assign to this role on the bank accounts such as: USE, MAINTENANCE and BANK ACCOUNT TRANSFERS. Note: The below define what the various grants achieve: Use: Allows the user to view the bank accounts for the selected legal entity in Cash Positioning, Cash Forecasting and Cashflows, as well as Reconcile cashflows for the selected legal entity. Bank Account Transfer: Allows the user to transfer funds from and to the bank accounts for the selected legal entity. Maintenance: Allows the user to create and update bank accounts for the selected legal entity. Clicking the Add Legal Entities button will pop-up a search window:

Select the boxes which apply for the Bank Account Grants and choose apply

All Legal Entities which are desired in the Global Cash Position / Forecast need to be granted Use access via this screen, additional access needs to be defined based on business requirements. 11. Save and apply the changes and then verify in Cash management responsibility if you now are able to see that legal entities bank accounts in the Positioning/Forecasting Forms.
