Lead facilitator for several Clinical Content Build-Out areas, as well as support person for newlycertified Project Team staff and Clinical Documentation advisor to Project Team leadership. Epic Certified ClinDoc Consultant, Bronson Healthcare Group; Kalamazoo, Michigan January 2013 - April 2013 (3 month contract) Built hundreds of Patient Education and Care Plan records at a fast pace, leading to the resolution of numerous outstanding support tickets and issues. Designed multiple decision support tools for Surgery, including an Opioid-induced Sedation Scale BPA and an automated, rule-based scoring system for identifying patients at risk for postoperative complications.
