Nalanda Builders and Developers is a leading real estate development company headquartered in the land of the majestic Taj Mahal Agra. The company was founded by visionary comrades Dr. Sharad Bhadauria, Santosh Katara & Radhey Shyam Sharma in January 2003 with a commitment to transfigure the urban panorama of elegant India. Today, the group has acquired the status of an ISO 9001:2008 company and is executing projects worth over INR 500 crore. Since inception in 2003, the company has grown to a 100+ strong organization. The Management
Nalanda has a strong top rung management, a group of highly skilled and motivated professionals. The directors bring to the organisation a large quantum of expertise and experience from diverse areas of the real estate sector. The second rung management consists of a team of dynamic professionals who have faith in the top management and the philosophy of the company. They handle various affairs of the company in addition to working towards the manifestation of the dream of a simply beautiful and beautifully simple world that we envision. Since conceptualization, Nalanda has cultured innovation and dedication. The army of energetic and level headed workforce work diligently to turn our dreams into reality. Today the group has evolved into a large family of +100 members hailing from diverse fields and age groups, yet united by the common guidelines of transparency and diligence.

The Management

Dr. Sharad Bhadauria Chairman (PhD. in Physics) The success of our company may be attributed to our ability to continually identify and respond to the changing demands across the highly dynamic real estate sector. In line to our motto be victorious through hard work we truly believe that there are no shortcuts to success. We believe that ordinary people are capable of extraordinary things and that the key to achieve our vision is through creating highly charged teams. In line with this belief, we will continue to invest significant time and resources in developing teams and leaders. We wish to create a sustainable enterprise by re-investing into the society in an even better fashion through sincere Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.

He is doctorate in Physics of age 44 years. He deals in management of human resources & customer related issues, Planning of sales & collection and future financial planning for new projects.

The Management

Mr.Santosh Katara Managing Director A person of creative vision, is PG in Mathematics of age 41 years, He is carrying out construction planning , procurement of material. He is instrumental in formulating the strategy and building and managing the organization's development. According to him actions speak louder than words and nothing highlights this adage better than Nalandas effort to give something back to the society of which they are a part. The ascent of Nalanda Builders to the top of the Real Estate acme is a direct product of Mr.Santosh Katara s foresight and his dynamic leadership.

Our leadership understands the responsibility thrust upon them in an era of competitive change. Strong customer orientation and strategic thinking are the mainstay in our philosophy. Our leadership has emerged from the grassroots and enjoys a close relationship with the clientele.

The Management

Mr.Radhey Shyam Sharma Director He is post graduate in Mathematics of age 37 years, having analytical approach. He looks after strategizing and new project planning, Finance management & Administration of the company. With a vision and foresight gained by past experience he is having a roadmap for future development of reality business. He proposes to drive the growth through focused concentration on developing integrated townships & Group housing Metro cities & tier II cities. He encapsulates his heritage and vision in creating a better life for Indians in various spheres like - homes, offices, places of entertainment, hotels, shopping malls and educational institutions.

Nalanda has also launched Nalanda Om Garden in Jhansi , with a vision to create world class residential development. 2010 Launched Sanskar City a mega project at Vrindavan . Project was launched on an approved group housing plot allotted by MVDA. & Nalanda Crown at Shastripuram Agra Awarded with Best Builder From Agra Award "by Indian Achievers Podium . 2011 Year 2012 is marked as a Hat trick year in Nalanda Builders history as group has launched three more projects, Nalanda Emperor Farm House, Nalanda Hallmark & Nalanda Sarv Pride consecutively in Agra city all at premier locations.

We believe this is a manifestation of the faith and trust of our valuable customers which we have acquired by consistently raising the bar. Nalanda has successfully earned an ISO 9001: 2008 accreditation from the International Organization for Standardization.

Today, the group is proud to have more than 800 happy families as its customers having successfully delivered 4 major projects spanning an area of more than 1 million square feet. Currently 5 projects are in the development stage spread across +19 acres of prime land in Agra and Jhansi. These projects are scheduled for completion by the year 2013.

We, at Nalanda believe in playing an active role in the society, always striving for sustainable development through reinvesting in the society. We particularly believe in the spirit of youth and make it a point to contribute towards it to the maximum possible extent. We actively support sports activities and tournaments at the college and school level. Carrying the tradition forward Nalanda formed a cricket team which compete in district level tournaments. With the constant support from group directors the team won the Nalanda Cup 2010. Other initiatives include setting up of Blood donation camps, Yoga camps with the esteemed guru Baba Ramdev At Nalanda we believe in celebrating good times with our esteemed customers, for which we organize an annual dinner for the Nalanda family. The time spent also enriches us with valuable feedback to assist us in our pursuit of excellence.

Our mission is to achieve more value per square foot for our customers and we see ourselves building more than 10,000 homes by 2015. To help us achieve this dream of ours, we have already acquired a land bank in excess of a 100 acres across multiple cities. This land bank will be developed over the next 5 year period. We plan to extend our presence across verticals and geography to cover a large number of markets catering to a very diverse clientele. We target to achieve higher levels of transparency and innovation in all our future endeavors.
