Nalanda Builders and Developers is a leading real estate development company headquartered in the land of the majestic Taj Mahal Agra. The company was founded by visionary comrades Dr. Sharad Bhadauria, Santosh Katara & Radhey Shyam Sharma in January 2003 with a commitment to transfigure the urban panorama of elegant India. Today, the group has acquired the status of an ISO 9001:2008 company and is executing projects worth over INR 500 crore. Since inception in 2003, the company has grown to a 100+ strong organization. The Management
Nalanda has a strong top rung management, a group of highly skilled and motivated professionals. The directors bring to the organisation a large quantum of expertise and experience from diverse areas of the real estate sector. The second rung management consists of a team of dynamic professionals who have faith in the top management and the philosophy of the company. They handle various affairs of the company in addition to working towards the manifestation of the dream of a simply beautiful and beautifully simple world that we envision. Since conceptualization, Nalanda has cultured innovation and dedication. The army of energetic and level headed workforce work diligently to turn our dreams into reality. Today the group has evolved into a large family of +100 members hailing from diverse fields and age groups, yet united by the common guidelines of transparency and diligence.

The Management
Dr. Sharad Bhadauria Chairman (PhD. in Physics) The success of our company may be attributed to our ability to continually identify and respond to the changing demands across the highly dynamic real estate sector. In line to our motto be victorious through hard work we truly believe that there are no shortcuts to success. We believe that ordinary people are capable of extraordinary things and that the key to achieve our vision is through creating highly charged teams. In line with this belief, we will continue to invest significant time and resources in developing teams and leaders. We wish to create a sustainable enterprise by re-investing into the society in an even better fashion through sincere Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.
He is doctorate in Physics of age 44 years. He deals in management of human resources & customer related issues, Planning of sales & collection and future financial planning for new projects.

Mr.Santosh Katara Managing Director A person of creative vision, is PG in Mathematics of age 41 years, He is carrying out construction planning , procurement of material. He is instrumental in formulating the strategy and building and managing the organization's development. According to him actions speak louder than words and nothing highlights this adage better than Nalandas effort to give something back to the society of which they are a part. The ascent of Nalanda Builders to the top of the Real Estate acme is a direct product of Mr.Santosh Katara s foresight and his dynamic leadership.
Our leadership understands the responsibility thrust upon them in an era of competitive change. Strong customer orientation and strategic thinking are the mainstay in our philosophy. Our leadership has emerged from the grassroots and enjoys a close relationship with the clientele.

Mr.Radhey Shyam Sharma Director He is post graduate in Mathematics of age 37 years, having analytical approach. He looks after strategizing and new project planning, Finance management & Administration of the company. With a vision and foresight gained by past experience he is having a roadmap for future development of reality business. He proposes to drive the growth through focused concentration on developing integrated townships & Group housing Metro cities & tier II cities. He encapsulates his heritage and vision in creating a better life for Indians in various spheres like - homes, offices, places of entertainment, hotels, shopping malls and educational institutions.
