Project Background
A number of property management softwares are available in the market. From our analysis, we have
identified the difficulties in using the software that is provided by the leading player in this space. We
are set out to provide a simple and easy-to-use software that effectively and efficiently manages the
properties and helps manage everything online.
IV.
This project benefits property managers, Landlords and Owners manage their properties better and
help tenants use the online system with ease.
V.
Triple Constraint
The Scope is the fixed constraint. The schedule and cost can vary accordingly.
VI.
Risks
Being the late entrant to this market space, the main risks are competitors who already have a robust
software. Our main goal is to beat them in simplicity. Since our target customers are not tech-savvy.
