Guardians of students
Evidence that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student you are accompanying and evidence you provided care for the student in your home country. Evidence of your relationship with your parent or legal guardian. If you are a dependent child of an Essential Skills visa holder, evidence that your parent meets the minimum income threshold. If you are a dependent child of a Religious worker visa holder, either: evidence that your parent meets the minimum income threshold, or a completed Sponsorship Form For Religious Workers (INZ 1190) indicating that the religious organisation sponsoring my parent will support me.
