This document provides instructions for creating an inspection plan in multiple steps: 1) copy an existing plan if similar, otherwise define task lists as individual line items and change header details as needed; 2) assign materials, plants, and vendors under the material assignment tab; 3) enter inspection characteristics to check as individual line items under the operations tab. The process is completed by saving the document and creating another plan for additional vendors.
