Training and placement g ideline!" 1. T & P cell offers placement to the students. To provide the placement opportunities to other students, T&P cell is constrained to not to allow students in the subsequent interviews once they are placed. However, for reputed companies all eligible students will get opportunity to get appear. 2. or placement related processes !e.g. "ritten test, #$, P%&, formal dressing is mandatory for all the registered students. 'tudents are advised to avoid casual dressing during the recruitment drive. (. The students should avoid direct interaction with the company e)ecutives. *ll the queries must be clarified during the corporate presentation. 'tudents can bring their doubts to the notice of placement officer+placement representatives who will then ta,e necessary actions. -. 'tudents who get placement through campus placement will be eligible for getting recommendation letter from the department only after successful completion of 1 year with company. .. %f student re/ects offer made by the company after appearing in any stage of the interview process !e.g. "ritten test, #$, P%& he+she will be treated as the placed student and will be deprived of any assistance from the T&P cell for ne)t campus drives. 0efore ta,ing any decisions in such cases, it is advisable that students see, guidance from the H1$ or TP1. 2. *ll the final year students who want to participate in the placement activities of the institute need to pay 3s. .444+5 as a security deposit !3efundable&. $eposit will be refunded on successfully completion of 1 year with the company. 'tudents need to produce certificate from the employer stating that the student has completed a year with the company. %f students leave the company before 1 year, security deposit will be forfeited. 6. 7ast date to submit security deposit is 2.th *ugust, 2411. 8. *ll the students are requested to submit the underta,ing attached herewith duly signed by the parents and the students to the department 3epresentative of T & P 9ell.
