The goal of investors is to have financial benefits exceed the costs. The cost expended and the benefits derived are analyzed in this feasibility.Let us say that Southville is planning to improve/expand its STUFFSHOP. They want to serve the public aside from the Southville students alone. They have noticed the influx of people passing by in front of LPDH. Aside from that, there is a school across the road, the CAA National High School, which can be pulled by Southville from its nearest competitor, Little Town. Their biggest dilemma is: If they open up for the public will their derived income be bigger than the additional cost they will incur? Expansion entails additional costs for its operations such as manpower and technological needs such as cash register and the cost of renovating their area. At present, they are employing 4 employees working full time. With the additional influx of customers, there is a need to employ one more sales representative. At the moment cash register is not their problem, because they have an idle cash register. Their biggest concern is their area. The proposed area needs a great renovation. The estimated cost of renovation is 2 million pesos. Yearly the estimated Revenue of STUFFSHOP is 3 Million Pesos. The estimated revenue from their newly acquired customer is 1Million Pesos. They are hoping to recover their investment within 2 years. From managements outlook, they see the investment as profitable. Behavioral Feasibility Behavioral Feasibility assesses if the system will work upon completion and installation. Lets say Southville will continue its plan of opening up Stuffshop for public, will the customer respond proactively? Stuff Shops proposed location was in front of LPDH, almost across the pedestrian lane. Any person passing that needs school supply most probably going to stop over and buy their needs. Going to across the street to buy their needs, does not cost anything. Students from CAA National High School who are living in BF can buy their school supplies along the road. The proposed project and its system may produce the best outcome. It can be implemented easily. So this project is operationally feasible.
