Intuitive
Intuitive
people have intuition. You know, that little voice in your gut that tells you not to follow that double tractor trailer hauling fuel in front of you as you drive along the highway? That when you get home later, you find out that the truck you decided to pass and disappear in your rearview mirror took out four lanes of I-5? Most people have been blessed with Clairsentience. That is the gut voice that tells you things - that you know, that you know, that will either be good for you or really bad for you. Most people experience this as a child when they deal with strangers or new situations. They pick up energy cues from the person's energy or situation they are in. Everything gives off either energy or creates an energy well around itself. The vibrating atom. Reality-particle or wave or both? Children will naturally use input from their five senses and then along with their sixth sense decide whether or not they want to be with that person in that situation. We call this instinct, and most of us use it without thinking about it. Another form of clairsentience is Empathy. A much more brutal version, which a lot of people find difficult to manage. This form of intuition creates more havoc in people's lives than clairaudience, and clairvoyance. The individuals who have this form, can feel other people's emotions, and physical discomforts. Much of the time is spent trying to figure out, what is "mine" versus "yours" in feelings and regular aches and pains. Psychometry is a different form of clairsentience. It is the ability to feel information, off of objects. Words, emotions, and pictures and sensations from the five senses. This is where an individual will touch an object and gather information. Some acutely sensitive people cannot buy used objects, or even dare go into antique or retail stores with previously used items. Then there is telepathy. The ability to either pick up words, sentences or ideas, or the jist of things going on in the other person's mind. Not to be confused with clairaudience which it can be effectively combined with. Clairaudience is used in spirit communication. Spirits cannot read minds. The sensation of telepathy is information forming in your head-generally three inches behind the eyes and about two inches above the ears-three inches in. Developing clairsentience. In the least you will need an open mind and a journal, some quiet time and the ability to focus and a partner. The journal is for hits and misses. You need to
log your impression depending on what part of the clairsentience/intuitive skill you want to develop. Journaling is a good idea because it gives you positive reenforcement of what you are training yourself to do. Just to keep track of when you were "warm" or "cold" in your experiments. Experiment 1. With a partner. Write down your inner feeling when you look at them, your gut reaction -which may actually be a physical reaction anywhere in your body- what is going on in your partner's; Physical life, i.e. work, home, social and then the body. Then try for what might be going on with them emotionally. Do the "feelings" have temperatures? Thick or thin? An energetic feeling or a slower feeling. What does is feel like physically? These impressions and variations are generally repeated with any form of intuition in the rest of this article. Experiment 2 For telepathy you would be trying to tap into their Mental life. Ask yourself what comes to mind when you consider what they might be emotionally working on and not telling you. I know this sounds like "empathy" but you are searching for words or actions. Your view of what they might be obsessively thinking about-a color, flavor, person, object, song, or emotional feeling. You cannot read someone's mind without their permission. However ( There is a however.) I find receptive (information gathering) telepathy is easy to do. If the person in your focus is drunk or stoned, or has addictive cyclical thinking. Like jonesing for that last puff off a cigarette, or that pedophile down the street. For those of you hyper paranoid types. Yes you can be manipulated to physically do things by people more psychically adept than you. Either through many years of deliberate practice and manipulation or just an innate ability to do so. I will get to shielding yourself from intuitive and psychic manipulation at the end of this article. Having a healthy physical boundary and a skeptical mind really helps. Experiment 3 With your partner. Have your partner think of an object. In three dimensions, using the regular senses to describe it to themselves. Allow them 5 minutes to come up with something, then lock eyes with them and try to "feel" out what that object is. This is fun to do when party charades get boring. Experiment 4. Without a partner. Try to take the "temperature" of your day when you get up in the morning- though this is a form of premonition it is an advanced form of Clairsentience. What do you think you will be most "aware" of. Colors, sounds, movement, routines or lack of routines. How does the day progress, and how close has it progressed to what you "felt" like it was going to "unfold" as. Are the roads impassible, did the weather change? (Don't peek at the forecast which is
generally off as it is.) Are the familiar people in their routines running on time, early or late or not at all? Clairaudience is the ability to hear sound. You will generally feel your eardrums move when this is going on. To quote a phrase from PBS's Nova program a few years back. "The human eardrum is so sensitive that in a vacuum it can feel the sensation of a single hydrogen atom being bounced off of it." This is the skill is used in spirit communication. And I have found with discussing with others that there is a "sound frequency" given off by everything just like an "energy" feeling or a "sight sensation" of lights/absences of light or colors with clairvoyance. Because people who have passed on are at a different vibrational frequency/cycle than we are, this has been described "like someone talking through a tin can telephone", "through waxed paper", "a drum kit", a "high frequency whine-like in between channels on an old crystal radio set", and some of the time, vowels are mostly heard and the person doing the listening has to interpret the word or sentence by filling in the blanks. We are being "fed" finer particles than just the vibration of sound traveling through air at a lower audible level. Quieter than the sound of rustling leaves, which is supposedly the quietest sound we can hear without electronic equipment. Experiment 1 You will need a very quiet spot. Use a glass, a shell,or cup your hand over your ear of preference. You will get used to the "roar" of your own blood in your ears. If you need to, stick in ear plugs. Like a ghost hunter ask "if there is anyone there, who would like to communicate?" This requires time, patience, practice, an open mind, and notes. Create your own set of questions, to test the information you are getting. At this point, I have to recommend, when dealing with the "Otherside", knowing what your intent is, why you are receiving communication and dedicating what you are doing to higher purpose is a good idea. Because when you open yourself up, shutting it off or dealing with floating negativity is a huge problem. So you would open your experiment, with intent and a "prayer" and close it with "prayer." It's traditional and why mess with tradition? Clairvoyance. This is a big one. Most people get rid of it by adulthood, because no one talks about it socially. People can see energy, and or auras and some people can "see" incidents along a timeline in a particular place and time. And for those lucky people, they can "see" people who have moved to the "Otherside" or are "Earthbound". Having worked with children up to the age of twelve for the past eighteen years or more, try this experiment. Have the kids draw on paper or describe the "energy" around this or that person or animal or rock or plant. I find the ability to "see" energy dissipates after the age of nine. I don't think this has
anything to do with adolescence. Because some adolescents actually become hyperintuitive. It has to do with family, friends, teachers and other people in their lives not talking about "seeing" energy around things. The energy can be perceived as solid, opaque, like a heat wave, or like light. The eye detects movement at the outside area of the pupil. When we see things out of the corner of the eye and directly look to see if something is there, its either a) A solid object that we need to be aware of for fight or flight, or b) Someone or something at a different "frequency" trying to get our attention. For those of us who are fortunate enough, sometimes we can just look directly at the space where this side vision is then and comprehend what we are looking at. (The sighted object hasn't moved.) Sometimes, we have to rely on impressions from the side view to let us know what is going on. Experiment 1 There are libraries of books on how to see and read the aura. You will need a volunteer, indirect lighting and a solid white or black background. Put your subject in front of your background. Stand back between ten and twenty feet. Either focus on the spot between their eyebrows and relax your focus so they go a little blurry. Or stare at the area next to their head. The aura ought to pop out for you in about five to fifteen minutes. Try staring unfocusedly, a few inches from their heads, a few feet or a few yards away. Adjust how close or far you are from them. Adjust lighting and background. Take plenty of notes. This takes practice. The energy field of most things comes across as light, color or movement. Experiment mostly with living objects or objects that run electrical currents though them. Which is much easier to start with than, just staring at "solid" objects around you. As with clairaudient "spirit communication", use the same process when working with clairvoyance. A lot of books will advise you to set up a place and time to do this. To sit and create a place in your "Mind's Eye" for this communication to happen- all in your head. This is not the point of this particular article. I am attempting to foster a mental, emotional, physical input reaction with you based on intuition and psychic input. Experiment 2 Seeing with your eyes shut or blindfolded. You will need a partner. This partner will find household objects, without revealing them to you for your experiment. Have your partner, in a different room, lay out the objects on a table. And guide you into the room. And then you get to "see" what those objects are. This is a form of Extra Sensory Perception. You can do a version by yourself or with a partner using Zener Cards (instructions are enclosed with most decks), or taking out the 8's, 9's, 10's out of a playing deck and placing them face down after you shuffle them on a flat surface and intuit what they are.( Ray Buckland ) Due to space constraints
I will not be quoting statistics here or other amusing experiments with a card format. If using a regular deck of unused playing cards anything results more than 28 or dreadfully less than that number and you have a good chance at having Extra Sensory Perception. How to turn it off! Practice, patience and determination. Shielding: That age old saw of "Surround yourself with "White Light", or call upon the God of your understanding, your dead friends, relations, spirit guides or angels to protect and help you. You want to practice visualizing this to the point where you can snap your fingers or wiggle your nose and have your shields up like "Mr. Scott " from Star Trek. Thoughts create energy. Quarks know the intent of the scientific observers, so why not everything else in the universe? Think of yourself in a mirror ball with everything reflecting off that ball. Mentally project a physical barrier. I know this is "doing it" in your mind. So here are a few physical reality tips. Take your physician prescribed medications. Eat your daily recommendation of lettuce. Smell camphor. Wear your religious amulets, or stones or herbs with the "intent" for protection or shielding. Pray to the God of your understanding to turn it off. Physically remove yourself from the location you are at. Run your hands under ice cold water for twenty seconds. Decide to stop playing with the "unknown" and it will stop playing with you.
