After clicking the Edit button, we will again see the screen we saw earlier when creating this map, with the three blue icons at the top of the map screen. Now we are ready to mark our first distributor. Lets take an example of a distributor in Jaranwala. In the map window, we first take the map view to Jaranwala, and then mark the location of Distributors warehouse. As an example, lets assume that this distributors warehouse is located on Lahore Road near Govt. Primary School. To mark this distributor, we will click on the middle icon in from the three blue icons shown at the top-left corner of map screen. Then we will click the point on the map where the warehouse for this distributor is located. This procedure is shown in Image 6. When you mark the location of distributor on the map, according to the procedure in the last paragraph, you will see a box, as shown in Image 7. You will enter the distributor Code and name in this box in this format: 3210508 Al Moazzam Traders, then click OK. This distributor will start appearing in the white column on the left of map screen. Repeat this process for all the distributors and then click Done when all distributors have been marked.
