Learning assesment is a subject that does not only require one semester. This subject needs to have a preriquisite subject. Learning assessment one doesn't end
here, rather it is the new beginning of learning new things on how to evaluate and compute the grades of your learners. Methods that are hard to follow but in the way of practice, you can master does things. I believe that being a teacher considers him to have an IQ that is more than average. And as a teacher you should have a fair mind giving your pupils their grades. Grades that needs transparency. Teachers doesn't only give grades that he/she wants to give. That is why our instructor gives us the knowledge in computing grades, for us future teacher to be fair and has transparency. A teacher should always be responsible in all the things he needs to do. Thats why we prospective teachers needs to be practiced in order for us to be prepared for all the things we need to do. At the beginning of our class in learning assessment2, i have a perception that things will be more difficult than our learning assessment1. And in that case i have decided that i must prepare myself to be more mature. I must have the mature personality. Not only my mind, but also my traits. The need to be mature is the need to understand things that we can't understand having a young mind. When we discuss our first lesson, i had prepared myself, i understand things that our instructor teach. We learn not only because we are more mature, but the big factor is our own instructor. We learn lot of things because our own instructor is effective. Effective in teaching us. He let us know the techniques to compute grades. But if we can't solve these items that he give, he teach us the easy way in solving them. Being able for us to understand the things he gave us to know better. I believe that our teacher doesn't have favoratism, because he treat us all as one person.
I mean he treat us as one person in a way that, he all treat us fair. He doesn't focus only in one or two students. I learn important things from my instructor. I learn things that is important for all teachers. Computing grades of pupils are imporatant, because the parents needs to see the class standing of their child. And as a teacher you have the responsibility to show and inform your PTA organization. In order for them to know what should they do. If they need to more focus in guiging their child in going to school and study. We do not only learn on how to compute grades, but we also learn on how to know what is the probability of one thing. We need to compute these probabilities because it is helpful. Helpful in a way that we can arrange the classroom in probabilities that we solve. It includes the siting arrangement, the chair arrangement, the arrangement in groupi g them, and others.
Blossom where are you planted Do you know that we can compare ourselves to a flower? Like flowers, we are planted on groud. But the only thing is they are planted in literal ground while us pepole are plamted to ourselves and by the presence of othet people around us. We are flowers. Not literally but in our personality. We live from factors of life. It may be good, and it may be bad for us. But the only thing is, we decide for our future. Othrs make us feel down, but it is in us on how we handle things. And it is in us on how we make ourselves better. We all have a choice. A choice to improve ourselves. From outside to inside. We are flowers. But it is in us if we want to blossom or to pail. We will choose if we want to follow others tips, or we do our own ways naturally.
My Philosophy of Education I believe that every student has their own common sense. I believe that students can be motivated to gain more experiences. I believe that every student learn in their own way. I believe that all students follow the person who has a strong personality, or being good in controlling their authority. Students follow a person who serves to them as a good role model. Making students to do the things they are doing. I believe that there are no wrong answers of the students depending in comprehending. They understand things that are dependent on their own point of view. They learn from things they understand in their own meaning. I believe that all children have the ability to learn and the right to a quality education. All youths, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, and capabilities should have the opportunity to learn from professional, well-informed teachers who are sophisticated and knowledgeable, both in their area of expertise and life. Certainly, every child has different learning styles and aptitudes; however, by having a personal relationship with every student, a teacher can give each an equal chance of success. By recognizing every student's potential and having separate, individual goals for each, a teacher can accommodate personal needs and abilities and encourage the pursuit of academic aspirations. I think that teaching and learning are a reciprocal processes. When teachers nurture individual talents in each child, educators can build self-esteem and may encourage a lifelong skill. By supporting these special abilities, teachers can, for example, guide students' research, and students can, in turn, enlighten teachers
about subjects in which they may not be as knowledgebale. This mutual respect for individual skills cultivates a professional academic relationship, leading to a giveand-take educational alliance. This liaison allows students to feel that they are on equal intellectual ground with their teachers, thus creating a strong academic atmosphere.
In addition to having a reciprocal relationship with one's students, it is vitally important for teachers to form partnerships with fellow educators. Solid communication among teachers will promote the sharing of ideas and methods and provide a network of support. By working as an educational team, teachers will continue to develop their craft and give the best education possible to their students.
In choosing to become a teacher, I have made the commitment to myself and my future students to be the best academic, personal, and ethical role model I can be. It is my goal to have a mutually enriching teaching career by keeping an open mind and continually communicating with my peers and students. I am prepared to rise to the challenges of teaching in the 21st century, and I promise to try to provide an honest, well-rounded education to every student I encounter.
