BGY3701 Biostatistics Eda Practical: Group Members

This document contains the results of a statistical analysis project conducted by a group of students. It includes descriptive statistics, charts, and tests of normality for three variables: length style, style in centimeters, and color. For each variable, the group reported the sample size, range, mean, standard deviation, bar charts, pie charts, histograms, and results of normality tests. An outlier was noted in one of the box plots. The data appeared to have equal precision across values and was suitable for a regular linear model.

1. 2. 3. 4.

The data set is like a linear curve with some scatter there is no justification for a more complicated model there is an outlier in figure 2.3 The vertical spread of the data appears to be of equal height irrespective of the X-value; this indicates that the data are equallyprecise throughout and so a "regular" fit is appropriate.
