Annexure 1 The benefits and points to note according to Transfer Policy are mentioned below for your reference: Benefits: An initial settling in period of 10 days will be provided to employees in career groups A1 - E when the transfer is company initiated. The settling in period is provided for arranging accommodation and smooth transition to the new location. For details on benefits during the settling in period please refer to the Transfer Policy. Employees in career group TRB will receive an allowance of Rs 1200 per day for a total of 7 days towards boarding and lodging. The transfer allowance will be centrally paid and will not require submission of bills to avail the same. The cost for the accommodation will have to be borne by the employee.. For details please refer to the Transfer Policy. You will be entitled to transfer leave, details of which can be obtained from the Transfer policy. Travel expenses for self, and family as defined in the policy will be reimbursed. Air/train/bus tickets will have to be provided for claiming travel reimbursement for family members. On opting for staying with a friend/relative during transfer, per diem allowance will be paid for each adult in the family. Air/train/bus tickets will have to be provided for claiming per diem allowance for family. Company leased accommodation (CLA) will be applicable to employees in career groups A1 - E when transfer is company initiated. Important points to note: Travel limits are as per Domestic Travel Policy; details of the policy can be obtained at myWipro>My Information Source>People Practices>View all Policies>India>My Travel>Domestic Travel Policy. Accommodation booking will have to be routed through myWipro>My Travel>My Accommodation . Company guest house will be provided, subject to availability. On non availability of guest house the hospitality team will arrange for alternate economical hotel accommodation. For raising claims as per policy, you would have to log on to myWipro>My Travel>Travel Request>Domestic trips>Create settlement. A print of the declared claim form along with valid and authentic supporting bills to be submitted to Wividus. The reimbursement will be made to your ERA account after validation of the bills submitted by you. All bills must be claimed together and not separately within 3 months of the transfer date. For details on logistics arrangement at the new location please contact the location FMG and IMG team. For queries you can log a call in service connect or contact your HR Manager for any information, HR Manager contacts can be obtained in myWipro>My Data>Official contacts. You may close the S/B account in the old location and open a new S/B account in the new location and update the changes in myWipro>My Data>Payroll/Bank.
